HYDR® and the HYDR logo are registered trademarks of Hell Yeah Damn Right LLC. (Serial #86442780, Mark Drawing Code (3) DESIGN PLUS WORDS, LETTERS, AND/OR NUMBERS). 

A Hell Yeah Damn Right, LLC (HYDR) trademark is any mark, logo, symbol, nickname, letter(s), word or derivative that can be associated with HYDR and can be distinguished from those of other institutions or entities.

Any use of these letters or designs in commerce is prohibited. 

Hell Yeah Damn Right, LLC is a registered business in the state of Mississippi and has been operational since April 2013, with first commerce taking place in May of 2013.

Using the letters HYDR or the logo in any commerce is strictly prohibited.
